1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for our seminar, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register for the seminar or use this website. We may update or revise these Terms from time to time, and the version published on this website at the time of your registration will apply to that registration.

2. Who We Are

This website and the seminar are operated by Delta International Institute, operating as "Delta Trading Academy" (referred to in these Terms as "Delta", "we", "us" or "our").

3. Eligibility

To register for and attend our seminar, you must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and attendance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• The information you provide during registration must be true, accurate, current and complete.
• If you register on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they also meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Seminar Registration & Tickets

The Forex Trading Bootcamp is a paid, one-day, in-person trading seminar held at The Oberoi, Bengaluru. It includes live trading sessions, a premium buffet lunch and a graduation ceremony.

Seating is strictly limited to between 60 and 72 seats, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. A registration is only complete once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

• To register you must provide your full name, email address and mobile number.
• Each ticket admits one named attendee for the seminar date and venue specified at the time of booking.
• Tickets are personal to the registered attendee and may not be resold, transferred or assigned to another person without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Pricing and Payment via Razorpay

The ticket price for the Forex Trading Bootcamp seminar is INR 299 per seat. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card or UPI credentials; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

• You agree to pay the full ticket price displayed at the time of registration using a valid payment method.
• Your payment is subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy practices, in addition to these Terms.
• We are not responsible for delays, failures or errors caused by your bank, card issuer or the Razorpay payment gateway; if a payment fails, your seat will not be confirmed.
• In the event of any duplicate or erroneous charge, please contact us at info@deltainstitutions.com so we can assist in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Seat Confirmation

Your seat is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully processed and we have sent you a confirmation to the email address and/or mobile number provided during registration.

Please retain your confirmation, as it may be required for entry at the venue. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us promptly using the details in these Terms so we can verify the status of your registration.

7. Attendee Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful and productive environment for all participants, every attendee is expected to observe the following code of conduct at the venue and during all seminar activities.

• Arrive on time and follow all instructions given by our staff, facilitators and the venue management.
• Treat other attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel with courtesy and respect; harassment, discrimination, threatening or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Comply with all venue rules, health and safety requirements, and applicable laws while on the premises.
• Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or unlawful substances, and do not engage in any illegal activity on the premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who breaches this code of conduct, without any obligation to provide a refund.

8. Educational Disclaimer (Important)

The Forex Trading Bootcamp is an educational seminar. All content, sessions, demonstrations and materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented at the seminar or on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, instrument or financial product. We are not acting as your financial adviser or broker.

• Trading and investing in financial markets carry a high level of risk, including the risk of losing some or all of your capital.
• Any live trading sessions or examples shown are for illustration and education only and do not represent advice to take any particular action.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no profit, return, income or specific outcome is promised, guaranteed or implied by us or our facilitators.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and should seek advice from a licensed and qualified professional before acting.
• You acknowledge that you attend and apply any knowledge gained entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the seminar and on this website, including presentations, slides, handouts, workbooks, videos, trademarks, logos, branding, text, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Delta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-commercial licence to use any materials provided solely for your own educational purposes in connection with the seminar.

• You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, sell, license, adapt or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
• You may not use our name, logos or trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our prior written permission.
• All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Delta.

10. Recording and Photography at the Event

We may carry out photography, audio and video recording during the seminar for promotional, marketing, educational and record-keeping purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such recordings and images, and you consent to our use and reproduction of them across our website, social media and other marketing channels without any obligation of compensation to you. If you do not wish to appear in our recordings, please notify our staff at the venue and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

• Attendees may not record, live-stream or broadcast the seminar sessions without our prior written consent.
• Any personal recording permitted by us is for private, non-commercial use only.
• Our handling of your personal data and images is further described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation by Us

We aim to deliver the seminar as advertised, but we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, speakers, facilitators, venue or format where necessary.

In exceptional circumstances we may need to postpone, reschedule or cancel the seminar. If we cancel the event and it is not rescheduled to a date you can attend, any refund entitlement will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any material change, postponement or cancellation using the contact details provided at registration.
• We are not liable for any incidental costs you may incur in connection with attending, such as travel, accommodation or time, in the event of a change, postponement or cancellation.
• Refunds, credits or transfers arising from any postponement or cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the seminar, this website or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the relevant ticket.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, income, savings, data or opportunity, or for any trading or investment losses you may suffer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta, its directors, employees, facilitators and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the seminar or materials, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable or considered in breach of these Terms for any delay in, or failure of, performance caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, government orders or restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, war, failure of utilities, venue unavailability, or disruption of transport or communications networks. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the seminar or otherwise act in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
